Linarin Protects the Kidney against Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury <i>via</i> the Inhibition of Bioactive ETS2/IL-12

Ischemia/reperfusion injury (IRI), a participant in acute kidney (AKI), can occur as series of pathological processes such inflammation. Linarin (LIN) has been widely used for different diseases. To confirm the anti-inflammatory value and relevant mechanism LIN during IRI, vivo vitro models were established. or dissolvent was given, histologic analysis, quantitative (q)RT-PCR, serum creatinine blood urea nitrogen testing to evaluate injury. Microarray protein–protein interaction (PPI) analysis molecular docking identify target protein LIN, small interfering RNA (siRNA) transfection applied explore crucial role identified protein. First, we found that inhibited an IRI model decreased expression interleukin-12 (IL-12) p40 models. collected raw data from public microarray database E26 oncogene homolog 2 (ETS2) according PPI. In addition, contact area is highly conserved located on PPI domain which indicates may alter with synergistic proteins regulation expression. Our study demonstrated effect IRI-AKI, broadening medicinal therapeutic options IRI-AKI.
